Irregular Olive Wood Boards

These natural olive wood boards are made from locally grown centenary olive trees that are no longer able to produce olives and have, therefore, been replaced by younger saplings. The unique irregular shape of each board reflects the fact that nothing is wasted. Rather than being standardised, they are left in the natural organic shape of each plank.
